Saturday, July 20th, 10am-12pm, $65 Per Person, Instructors Shannon and Chris Smith, Demonstration
We are so excited to offer sourdough classes with help from Shannon and Chris Smith of Ground Ops Roastery + Bakehouse. First, you will learn about how to maintain and care for your starter. You will also be shown a couple ways you can use that starter to create delicious breads and cakes. Lastly, Shannon and Chris will go over ways to use the discard so you don’t have to waste any of that starter or dough you worked so hard to make. All participants will also leave with a small container of sourdough starter to take home and start their own sourdough journey.
